All new above ground pool installations include patio blocks and washed mason sand. Installer does no electrical work, grading or hauling away of dirt unless specified in contract. Extra charge for jack hammering and for leveling ground more that 6 inches out of level. Customer to furnish building permit if needed, water supply, and is responsible for drainage adjacent to the pool. Customer must provide access to and from the pool construction site.
